This knit has shoulder and elbow patches.
UK38, seems to be about a men's M size.
It has a used feel, but there are no snags in the knit.
There is some fraying on the shoulder velcro part, though it's not very noticeable.
Please check the photos.
I don't think you'll use the velcro part very often, so it shouldn't be a problem when wearing it.
It's a soft and stretchy 100% new wool knit.

Sizes are measured with the item laid flat.
Since it's a stretchy knit material, the body width, etc., are measured in a state smaller than when actually worn.
